A Twitter Bootstrap user interface and Website concept design for a health records management portal system. The Washington based company develops patient-centered solutions. The goal of the system is to provide patients a seamless connection to all of their providers, including primary care physicians, pharmacies, labs, and specialists and integrate patient information from all of their providers in a clear, easy to understand way.
